Professional photography

It’s so important that your property is presented to the highest possible standard. If the photographs taken aren’t up to scratch it will affect the price you achieve. Our professional photographers are highly trained and use the best possible equipment to produce the highest quality, wide angle shots. In addition, each one is digitally remastered to enhance the look further.


James' tip: "People viewing your home will visualise themselves using the garden. Mow the lawn, cut back any bushes, clean your patio (and furniture) and generally have a good tidy up. A little bit of effort will help show your garden off at its very best."

Honest and transparent pricing

Never pay upfront to sell your home! What might seem an initial saving in costs can often be a loss. With Arden you’ll never pay upfront and there are no hidden charges, surprises or withdrawal fees. You can be sure that we will remain motivated to sell your home until your purchaser holds their new keys.

No long term contracts

Be careful what you sign up for. Our contracts last for 60 days and we don’t believe that any longer is fair.

No sale, no charge

We will never charge you if your house doesn’t sell or you change your mind. Often, circumstances can change, so if you need to withdraw your property at any time, then you are free to do so. Plus, we save your property file with all details, photos and viewings, so we can re-activate your advert at any time in the future, contacting applicants who were previously interested.

Helpful and fully trained staff

You can walk in anytime during our opening hours and speak face to face with one our friendly and helpful members of staff who can offer extensive knowledge of the local area, or simply sit with a coffee looking through our property portfolios at the houses we have available for sale in your own time.

We also work closely with HL Consulting, an independent company, who are able to offer you fully qualified Independent Financial Advisors and whole of market mortgage advice, so you can be sure that you're getting helpful advice in all areas.

Accompanied viewings

Viewings work better when a trained member of staff conducts them. Let us take care of the viewings for you and we will endeavor to provide you with feedback within 24 hours.

Sales progression team

Once we’ve sold your house, the case is handed to a specialist in-house sales progressor who will look after your sale all the way through to completion. You will be contacted and updated at least once a week. This ensures a much quicker and smoother journey through the sales process.


Katie's tip: "If you can afford it, I highly recommend using a removal company rather than trying to do the move yourself. It makes moving day so much easier if you can get everything packed and into labelled boxes the night before and let them load it all in. That way, all you have to do in the morning is clean the property once it's empty and drop the keys down to the estate agents."
